1. Eligibility and Registration
To open and maintain an account on BingoSaya, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by BingoSaya or applicable gaming authorities.
- You must register using your own personal information — no fake names, borrowed IDs, or proxy accounts.
- You are only allowed to hold one (1) account on BingoSaya. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
During or after registration, BingoSaya may request government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license) to verify your identity. This is part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who cannot complete KYC verification may have their accounts limited or closed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. If any details change — such as your mobile number or email address — you must update your profile immediately.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
Your BingoSaya account is your personal responsibility. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login details with anyone else — including family members, friends, or any third party.
- BingoSaya is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.
- If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact our support team immediately to have your account secured.
- BingoSaya uses SSL encryption and other security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for your own device security (e.g., not using public Wi-Fi without a VPN, keeping your device's software updated).
- Any bets, transactions, or actions performed from your account will be considered as authorized by you unless you report otherwise in a timely manner.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
BingoSaya supports the following Philippine-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- E-wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
- Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel. BingoSaya does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days after identity verification is completed. BingoSaya may require additional documentation before processing large withdrawals (above ₱50,000). Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method registered under your verified name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
BingoSaya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or if the account KYC is incomplete.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
BingoSaya regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload promos, cashback deals, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and conditions:
- Each bonus has its own specific wagering requirement (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
- BingoSaya reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects that the player is abusing the promotion system, opening multiple accounts, or otherwise acting in bad faith.
- Each promotion is available to one account per household, device, and IP address unless stated otherwise.
- Free spins or free bets awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements and expiry rules.
- BingoSaya may amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Always check the specific terms on each promotion page before claiming a bonus. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before accepting the offer — parang mag-check muna bago mag-claim, para walang sorpresa.
5. Fair Play, Prohibited Activities, and Account Suspension
BingoSaya is committed to a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in games. Any winnings obtained through such exploits will be voided.
- Money laundering or using BingoSaya to process funds from illegal activities.
- Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim duplicate bonuses.
- Providing false personal information or using someone else's identity during registration or KYC.
- Placing bets in a manner that constitutes arbitrage or systematic exploitation of promotions.
BingoSaya employs a dedicated risk and fraud management team that monitors all accounts and transactions. Suspicious activity is flagged immediately and investigated thoroughly. Decisions made by BingoSaya regarding account suspensions or balance forfeitures are final unless a valid appeal is submitted through proper channels.
6. Games and Betting Rules
All games on BingoSaya — including online bingo, jackpot slots, roulette, live casino, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The result of each game is determined randomly and independently of previous results.
- In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, BingoSaya reserves the right to void the affected round and refund bets placed during the malfunction.
- For sports betting (including PBA, NBA, and football markets), BingoSaya follows official results from recognized sports governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, BingoSaya's decision is final.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the player. Please review your bet before confirming.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
7. Responsible Gaming
BingoSaya genuinely cares about the well-being of our players. Gaming should always be a fun experience — hindi dapat maging stress. We provide the following responsible gaming tools:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
- Session Limits: Control how long you can stay logged in per gaming session.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently).
- Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders that notify you how long you've been playing.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used only for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and improving your experience on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
BingoSaya provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BingoSaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- BingoSaya is not responsible for losses caused by network outages, payment processor delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Our total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. BingoSaya operates under a valid license issued by the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact BingoSaya's customer support team first. Most issues are resolved quickly through our internal resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory body under Philippine law.
By using BingoSaya, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any legal proceedings arising from these terms.
